The longer 22 cm flexible fillet knife is used for whole salmon, trout and other larger fish. The long, flexible blade takes off a whole side fillet in a couple of strokes and follows the bone structure for maximum yield.
The Premana series from Sanelli has double-moulded handles with built-in antibacterial protection thanks to Biomaster silver-ion technology. The green handle contributes to better hygiene in daily food handling. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
