The 12 cm serrated carving knife combines the slim profile of a carving knife with the grip of a serrated edge on firmer meats – a practical choice for oven-roasted meat and poultry with a firmer surface.
The Ergoforge series from Sanelli consists of hand-forged knives made in one piece – from the blade to the core of the handle – for superior balance and durability. The blade is hardened to 54–56 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic POM handle with stainless steel rivets gives a stable, comfortable grip. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
