About Springform & Other Tins

The springform tin has a base and removable sides, and is the tin for what is baked in the tin: cheesecake, sponge, brownies. It carries the batter while it bakes, which a cake ring does not.

Springform tins

• Enamelled black, ø 24, 26 and 28 cm – the enamel gives a smooth, hard-wearing surface that releases the cake cleanly
• Heart shape ø 26 cm, 7 cm tall, 2.9 litres – PFAS-free and rated to 230 °C

Loaf tins

• Enamelled 35 × 14.5 cm and 30 × 13 cm – the wider sizes for bread
• 30 × 10.5 cm and 24 × 10 cm – narrower tins for sandwich loaves and cakes

Muffins and free shapes

• Muffin tray 40 × 31 cm and mini 35 × 27 cm
• Adjustable baking frame 25–50 × 22–41 cm, 7 cm tall – a stainless steel band that locks to any rectangular or oval shape and is used directly on the tray. PFAS-free.
