How quickly is my order shipped and what does delivery cost?
Items in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Norway costs 299 SEK, shown in your local currency at checkout. Within Sweden, delivery is 99 SEK for orders under 499 SEK and free above that. Parcels are shipped with DSV/Schenker and are usually delivered to the carrier's local pick-up point near you.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a 30-day right of return, counted from the day you received the item. Email info@ekasaberg.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label and instructions.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay and Shop Pay, as well as local payment methods such as MobilePay, Bancontact and iDEAL depending on your country. In Sweden, Klarna and Swish are also available. The checkout shows the payment methods available for your country.
Is your bakeware PFAS-free?
Yes, Städter's muffin tins and loaf tins have a PFAS-free non-stick coating.
What's the difference between a cake ring and a springform tin?
A cake ring has no base and gives perfectly straight sides, which suits mousse cakes and entremets. A springform tin has a removable base and is best for cheesecakes and cakes baked in the tin.
Where are the Selbrae House serving bowls made?
The bowls with olive and wave patterns are hand-painted and made in Spain.
