About Natural Cork

Natural is pure, untreated cork from Liga in Portugal – no colour, no coating, nothing else blended in. The shade comes from the cork itself, which makes this the lightest and warmest of Liga's four series.

Because nothing is added, the structure of the cork is clearly visible: the small air-filled cells that make the material insulating, water-repellent and quiet against the table.

Three round sizes

  • 30 cm – holds a standard dinner plate with room to spare, the size for a full place setting
  • 25 cm – for a crowded table, or under a serving dish rather than a plate
  • 19 cm – for small bowls, coffee cups and candlesticks

Natural comes as placemats only. If you need matching coasters, they are available in Smoked Cork, Beach Clean and Dash.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry. Don't soak the cork – the surface handles moisture, but the material isn't made to be submerged.
