A stainless steel cake ring from Städter for professional and home bakers who want perfectly straight sides. Unlike a springform tin, a cake ring has no base – place the ring on a plate or cake board and build your cake layer by layer inside it. The ring is both oven- and freezer-safe, so it is just as useful for baked cakes as for no-bake desserts and ice-cream cakes.
The 28 cm ring serves 12–16 and is the largest fixed ring in the range – perfect for large celebration cakes, wedding and anniversary cakes. The smooth edge gives a clean, professional finish.
